Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess clients' dietary needs through comprehensive consultations, considering medical history, lifestyle, and goals, to create tailored nutrition plans.
- Develop personalized meal plans and dietary recommendations, incorporating specific food choices and portion sizes, to optimize health outcomes and address individual needs.
- Educate clients on nutrition principles, healthy eating habits, and the relationship between food and health, empowering them to make informed choices.
- Monitor client progress, track dietary adherence, and provide ongoing support and adjustments to nutrition plans, ensuring consistent improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Licensed Dietitian (LD) credentials, demonstrating professional competence and expertise.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical nutrition, public health, or a related setting, showcasing practical application of knowledge.
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is preferred, with a focus on client counseling and nutritional assessment.
