Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and design healthy, balanced meal plans aligned with the café concept
Provide basic nutritional guidance to customers when required
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure nutritional value is maintained in all dishes
Monitor and improve menu items based on health trends and customer feedback
Ensure all food items meet health, hygiene, and safety standards
Educate staff on nutrition basics and ingredient benefits
Assist in creating diet-focused packages or meal plans (e.g., weight loss, gut health)
Stay updated with latest trends in nutrition, wellness, and healthy eating
Support marketing team with health-related content and promotions
Maintain records of nutritional information and menu details
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (café, clinic, wellness center preferred)
Strong knowledge of meal planning, calorie counting, and balanced diets
Good understanding of gut health, weight management, and healthy lifestyle concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact with customers and provide basic nutrition advice
Passion for health, wellness, and clean eating
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
