Occupational Health Nurse

The nurse's primary mission is to contribute to maintaining the well-being of patients. Their role involves administering care and closely monitoring patients' conditions. Working closely with physicians, they respond to requests for care while also being able to act independently to meet patients' needs. Furthermore, they manage patients' medical records to ensure appropriate and effective follow-up. They also provide medical assistance to all hotel staff under the instructions and directives of the occupational physician and the Director of People & Culture.

• To welcome, assist and advise staff on health and hygiene matters
• Keep regulatory documents up to date (personnel medical files, fitness certificates, etc.)
• Providing emergency first aid to employees
• Organize preventive medical actions (pre-employment visits, radio-screening, vaccination, periodic analyses, annual visits and return-to-work visits).
• Manage pharmaceutical products and ensure the maintenance of medical equipment.
• Contribute to the preventive medical monitoring of exposed employees (periodic visits, biological analyses) and to raising awareness of safety rules.
• Follow up and control medical files (health insurance) and work accident files;
• Monitor absences due to illness.
• Follow up on requests for job modifications.
• Produce activity reports and contribute to the HR dashboards.
