Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prevent any alteration of the health of employees due to their work, organize and follow individual and collective prevention and screening actions according to social regulations and health guidelines in force.
- Carry out hiring visits, periodic and return-to-work visits.
- Advise the hierarchy and staff on hygiene, protection against AT and adaptation nuisances to workstations
- Contribute to the improvement of working conditions: physical environment, methods and tools of work, layout of workspaces (offices, factories, stores) and social spaces (Restaurant, changing rooms, sanitary facilities)
- Contribute to the evaluation and prevention of occupational risks;
- Raise awareness among employees about health risks,
- Provide first aid in case of emergency or AT
- Keep employee medical records up to date, fitness sheets, professional risk reports.
- Establish the annual report
- Respect and enforce the Sews Cabind Morocco Code of Ethics
- Respect and enforce the HSE standards and standards in force at Sews Cabind Morocco
- Seek excellence at all levels, by committing and training its colleagues and collaborators in a continuous improvement approach
