Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. • Valid Occupational Therapy license, or eligibility for licensure. • Experience: 2 years prior experience in occupational therapy with pediatric/ diverse populations preferred. • Clinical Assessment: Strong clinical assessment skills and proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration. • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills. • Patient Education: Ability to educate and motivate patients and their families. • Adaptability: Competency in adapting therapeutic techniques to meet diverse patient needs Job Duties: N.B.
