Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct developmental assessments and identify areas of need

  • Develop and implement individualized, play-based intervention plans

  • Address fine motor, sensory integration, self-care, and functional skills

  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (ABA, Speech, Physiotherapy)

  • Educate and guide parents/caregivers with home strategies

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

  • Adhere to professional, ethical, and safeguarding standards
