Job Summary
Experienced Occupational Therapist responsible for helping patients regain independence
in daily activities through therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Train patients in daily living activities such as dressing, eating, and grooming.
- Improve fine motor skills, coordination, and functional independence.
- Recommend and train patients in using assistive devices.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home care and safety.
- Monitor progress and update treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Guide junior therapists when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid license/registration.
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience.
