Roles & Responsibilities

Job description
We are looking for an experienced OCI Admin Lead with strong expertise across Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud (OCI), SaaS Administration, Oracle Apps DBA, and technical project support.

The ideal candidate will be a senior hands-on resource capable of both leading teams and working independently onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage OCI administration, including tenancy setup, cloud migration, governance, and infrastructure monitoring.
Perform Oracle Apps DBA activities including cloning, patching, performance tuning, troubleshooting.
Handle end-to-end SaaS (Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM) administration, environment management, and production support.
Work on OCI security setup, DR strategy, firewall configurations, and backup services.
Manage and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) setup and connectivity with SaaS/PaaS/IaaS.
Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and ensure smooth daily operations and continuous improvement.
Primary Skills (Must Have)

OCI Administration
SaaS Administration (Fusion Applications)
Oracle Apps DBA
OCI Security, DR, Firewall & Backup Services
OIC Setup & Integrations
Performance Tuning & Environment Management
Preferred Experience

10+ years in Oracle Cloud & Oracle Apps administration
Strong knowledge of OCI Landscape design
Experience supporting Finance, SCM, and HCM modules
Ability to lead, mentor, communicate, and handle high-criticality tasks onsite
