Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers, assess their needs, and tailor communication plans accordingly.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of 3+ to 12+ years of experience in Change Management, demonstrating a proven track record of successful OCM implementations.
Possession of Prosci or similar Change Management certification, indicating a commitment to industry best practices.
Proven ability to create and deliver engaging training programs, facilitating knowledge transfer and user adoption.
