Roles & Responsibilities

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

  • Streamline the development, deployment, and lifecycle management of applications running in a Production environment using containers and Kubernetes.
  • Deploying applications using tools like kubectl and OpenShift console.
  • Using the OpenShift console's topology view to visualize and manage application resources.
  • Implementing monitoring and alerting for applications to maintain performance and availability.
  • Good understanding of OCP and Kubernetes platform.
  • Analyze metrics related to resource utilization, pod health, and scaling.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to pods, nodes, and networking.
  • Debug application failures and performance bottlenecks.
  • Proficient in DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD methodologies like Jenkins, Gitlab
