Roles & Responsibilities

The OD Section Head is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for enhancing company performance, leading change initiatives, and strengthening employee engagement. Main Tasks:

  • supervise OD Section Tasks & Activities.
  • Diagnose organizational problem and assist in solving them.
  • Monitor and Update the Company's Structure.
  • Responsible for Job Design and Job Descriptions.
  • develop and update Competency Model
  • Implement PMS and align it with organizational goals.
  • Handling Internal Communication
  • Manage the rewarding and recognition process and study actual ROI
  • Develop and implement succession planning for key positions
  • Perform HR Audits and Analyze the root causes for organizational problems and recommend corrective actions.
  • Measure employee moral and satisfaction and coordinate with concerned departments to increase engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • University Degree
  • Min 8 years of experience in similar position(s) preferably Manufacturing.
  • Post-graduate HR certificate is a plus (HR Diploma / CIPD / SHRM etc).
  • Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and Excel skills are essential.
  • High sense of responsibility, great commitment, high flexibility, high confidentiality
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to work independently
