Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Organizational Development & Change Management
- Design and implement OD initiatives that improve efficiency,
2. Job Description (JD) Framework Management
- Develop, review, and update job descriptions across all departments in line with organizational structure and strategy.
- Ensure JDs accurately reflect roles, responsibilities, and required competencies.
- Coordinate with department heads to validate and approve job content.
- Maintain an updated JD database aligned with internal grading and salary structures.
3. KPI Design & Performance Management
- Develop and maintain KPI frameworks for all roles and departments.
- Align KPIs with company objectives and departmental goals.
- Train line managers on setting, measuring, and evaluating performance indicators.
- Monitor KPI progress and generate periodic performance analytics reports.
4. Talent Development & Succession Planning
- Identify development needs through performance analysis and assessments.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives
- Develop and manage engagement surveys and action plans.
- Recommend and execute programs to enhance retention, motivation, and satisfaction.
- Support communication campaigns that promote company culture and values.
6. HR Data & Reporting
- Generate regular OD and performance reports with measurable insights.
- Provide HR metrics on retention, engagement, and KPI achievement rates.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
- 2 3 years OD/HR/kPI experience IS a Must.
- Strong track record in OD programs & KPIs
- Real estate or fast-paced industry background is a plus
- Proven experience in writing Job Descriptions (JDs) and developing KPIs for different functions.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Strong project management and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
