Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and revenue recognition within Odoo.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements using Odoo's reporting tools.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity within the Odoo system.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor invoices, and customer payments within Odoo, identifying and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of progressive accounting experience.
Proven experience in financial statement preparation, month-end and year-end closing processes, and tax compliance.
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
