Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
NEXEL is a fast-growing Odoo Partner. We are looking for a skilled Odoo Consultant to develop, implement, customize and support of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and hands-on experience with configuration and customization of Odoo modules across various domains such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, and CRM.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business needs and translate them into Odoo ERP solutions.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with client requirements.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including data migration and system integration.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom features and integrations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain functional documentation and user manuals.
- Stay updated on new Odoo features and best practices to continuously improve solutions.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Odoo implementation and consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and workflows.
- Familiarity with Python and PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or in a team.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with API integrations and third-party tools.
- Understanding of ERP systems and business process mapping.
- Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile
