At CardoO, we build real operational systems that run businesses end-to-end not just standalone modules. We re looking for a motivated Odoo Developer who s excited to work on production environments, business automation, and system integrations.

You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable ERP solutions, automate workflows, and solve real operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python and XML
• Work on business workflows including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and Operations
• Integrate Odoo with external systems and REST APIs
• Build and maintain automation workflows using tools like n8n
• Troubleshoot bugs and improve system performance
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to transform requirements into working solutions

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the Odoo framework (models, views, actions)
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Basic frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience using Git/version control
• Understanding of ERP systems and business workflows

• Work on real production systems from day one
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation and automation
• Exposure to business operations and scalable workflows
