Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user needs, translating them into technical solutions within the Odoo framework.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and external systems using APIs and web services.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo modules to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all customizations, configurations, and integrations.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and company policies throughout the development process.
  • Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases, features, and community developments to recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and propose innovative solutions to enhance business operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2 to 7 years of proven experience in Odoo development or ERP software customization.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and Odoo framework.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL database management and optimization.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Ability to integrate Odoo with external systems using RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in an on-site (office-based) environment.
