Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet client-specific business requirements.
Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and external systems using APIs and web services.
Perform data migration, import/export, and ensure data integrity during Odoo implementations.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo modules for performance and scalability.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including code comments and user manuals.
Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in software development.
Provide technical support and resolve issues for clients post-implementation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases and emerging technologies relevant to ERP systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and customization.
Proficiency in Python programming and Odoo framework.
Strong understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
Experience with Odoo versions 8 through 17 is highly desirable.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, QWeb).
Ability to integrate Odoo with external systems via RESTful APIs.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities in a remote work environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
