Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (frontend and backend).
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, errors, and performance issues.
  • Integrate third-party applications and configure Odoo to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
  • Provide user training, functional support, and prepare training materials when required.
  • Participate in upgrading Odoo versions and migrating data/modules.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, workflows, and automated actions based on business specifications.
  • Ensure quality code, proper documentation, and version control.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and show willingness to learn and support functional aspects of Odoo.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience in customizing Odoo modules for various Odoo versions.
  • Good understanding of Odoo MVC architecture.
  • Ability to handle both frontend (UI) and backend (server-side) development.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with experience fixing bugs and improving system performance.
  • Good communication skills and ability to train end users.
  • Eagerness to learn functional processes and work alongside functional consultants.
