Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers, providing technical guidance.

• Oversee the design, development, customization, and deployment of Odoo ERP modules to meet client requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Odoo applications through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Odoo modules, integrations, and customizations.
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases, features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage version control, code repositories, and deployment pipelines for Odoo projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Odoo with third-party systems.
• Support the professional growth of team members through training, feedback, and performance evaluations.

• Minimum of 8 years and maximumof 10 years of experience in Odoo development.
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.
• Strong expertise in Odoo framework, Python programming, and PostgreSQL database management.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex Odoo , integrations, and module development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with Odoo advancements.
• Fluency in English
