Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers, providing technical guidance.
- Oversee the design, development, customization, and deployment of Odoo ERP modules to meet client requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Odoo applications through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Odoo modules, integrations, and customizations.
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases, features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage version control, code repositories, and deployment pipelines for Odoo projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Odoo with third-party systems.
- Support the professional growth of team members through training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Minimum of 8 years and maximumof 10 years of experience in Odoo development.
- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Strong expertise in Odoo framework, Python programming, and PostgreSQL database management.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex Odoo , integrations, and module development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with Odoo advancements.
- Fluency in English
