Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments to understand organizational needs for ERP solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement Odoo ERP modules to support varied business processes.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide expert guidance and training sessions to end users on Odoo functionality and best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration of Odoo with existing IT systems and third-party applications.
- Develop custom modules and features to address unique business challenges efficiently.
- Monitor and manage Odoo system performance and provide regular updates and improvements.
- Lead data migration efforts, ensuring integrity and consistency of transferred data.
- Carry out comprehensive testing to ensure system functionality and reliability pre- and post-implementation.
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Odoo ERP technology to keep systems current.
- Document all processes, configurations, and changes for future reference and audit purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience implementing Odoo ERP solutions in diverse business environments.
- Strong understanding of business workflows and how ERP systems enhance efficiency.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or XML is required.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with database management systems such as PostgreSQL is highly desirable.
