Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitating workshops to gather and analyze business needs with clients.
- Formalize and write the detailed functional specifications.
- Design, configure and adapt ERP solutions under Odoo according to identified requirements.
- Participate in the testing, validation, production launch and post-launch support phases.
- Ensure user training and guarantee proper adoption of deployed solutions.
- To contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the optimization of implemented solutions.
- Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in the integration, deployment or development of Odoo ERP.
- Good mastery of standard business processes: sales, purchasing, inventory management, accounting, production, human resources, etc., with a specialization in at least one area.
- Certification Odoo appr ci e.
- Expertise in finance and accounting is a significant asset.
- The ability to work on specific developments (Python, SQL, XML) as well as on data migration and integration is a plus.
- Analytical mind, autonomy, rigor and strong customer focus.
Desired Candidate Profile
