We are looking for a Senior Odoo Implementer

Location: Cairo, Egypt
Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Odoo Implementer based in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, customization, and maintenance of Odoo ERP systems for our clients. You will play a key role in ensuring that Odoo solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the implementation of Odoo ERP projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and needs.
  • Customize and configure Odoo modules according to client specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation or post-implementation phases.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your Odoo expertise and experience.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, technical) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure proper integration of Odoo with other systems and platforms where necessary.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for project processes, configurations, and solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-7 years of experience in Odoo is a MUST.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
  • Good knowledge of business processes AND Accounting.
  • Extensive experience in the manufacturing field.
  • Excellent planning and communication skills.
