Odoo Functional Consultant Workforcer Management W.L.L.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business needs and translate them into functional ERP configurations using Odoo.
• Lead functional workshops and discovery sessions with clients to define and document requirements.
• Configure Odoo modules including but not limited to Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, HR, and POS.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of the ERP solution.
• Collaborate with developers to design and oversee the implementation of custom features and integrations.
• Assist in data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Perform functional testing and validation of configured modules.
• Support sales efforts by participating in pre-sales demos, proposal creation, and scoping exercises.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate client business processes using Odoo functionalities.
• Create user manuals, system documentation, and training materials.
• Provide ongoing post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows (GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliation, etc.).
• Experience with Odoo ERP (functional implementation or consulting role) is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in spoken Arabic.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through.
• Team player who can collaborate across business and technical teams.
