Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business needs and translate them into functional ERP configurations using Odoo.
- Lead functional workshops and discovery sessions with clients to define and document requirements.
- Configure Odoo modules including but not limited to Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, HR, and POS.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of the ERP solution.
- Collaborate with developers to design and oversee the implementation of custom features and integrations.
- Assist in data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Perform functional testing and validation of configured modules.
- Support sales efforts by participating in pre-sales demos, proposal creation, and scoping exercises.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate client business processes using Odoo functionalities.
- Create user manuals, system documentation, and training materials.
- Provide ongoing post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows (GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliation, etc.).
- Experience with Odoo ERP (functional implementation or consulting role) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in spoken Arabic.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through.
- Team player who can collaborate across business and technical teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
