Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Backend Development
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules according to business needs.
- Create and maintain Python scripts for server-side logic and automation.
- Optimize database structure, performance, and security.
- Integrate Odoo with external systems through APIs and web services.
- Debug and troubleshoot backend issues promptly.br>
Frontend Development
- Customize and enhance Odoo s web interface using XML, JavaScript, and QWeb templates.
- Implement responsive and user-friendly UI/UX designs.
- Modify website/eCommerce modules to match company branding and requirements.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.br>
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with functional consultants to gather and understand business requirements.
- Document technical specifications, module changes, and development processes.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams. br
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Languages: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 2 3 years in Odoo development (both backend and frontend).
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, QWeb, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture, ORM, workflows, and security mechanisms.
- Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
- Familiarity with Git version control and Odoo deployment practices.
- Knowledge of Linux server environments is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
