Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, referrals, and company inquiries
Present and sell off-plan properties to investors and homebuyers
Guide clients from inquiry to contract signing and handover
Maintain strong knowledge of projects, pricing, and payment plans
Build long-term client relationships for repeat business
Meet and exceed sales targets
Update and manage client data using CRM systems
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in off-plan or real estate sales preferred
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Confident in selling concepts and investment opportunities
Excellent communication skills (English required; other languages a plus)
Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems
Valid real estate license (if required locally)
