Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell off-plan real estate projects to prospective clients
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional advice and market insights
Negotiate and close sales in line with company policies and targets
Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth transactions
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Desired Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (off-plan experience preferred)
Open to all nationalities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage
Strong sales drive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
