Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support and execute day to day outbound logistics activities to ensure smooth shipment flow.

  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouses, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and internal teams to meet delivery requirements.
  • Track shipments to ensure timely dispatch and on time delivery to customers.
  • Prepare, review, and manage logistics documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, certificates, and related shipping documents.
  • Monitor and control inventory movements between internal and external warehouses.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving logistics issues, delays, or operational bottlenecks.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing logistics and supply chain operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, including SAP.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, operational environment.
