We're Hiring: Offboarding Team Leader | Abu Dhabi, UAE We are looking for an experienced Offboarding Team Leader to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Key Requirements: ✅ Minimum 7 years of overall experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, or Offboarding ✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE market ✅ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and offboarding procedures ✅ Proven experience in End of Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations and final settlements ✅ Experience handling employee exits, visa cancellations, clearance processes, and documentation ✅ Ability to manage large-scale offboarding operations and lead a team effectively ✅ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills �
