Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage executive calendars and ensure efficient time and schedule planning.
- Handle daily administrative tasks to support smooth office operations.
- Support internal communication and coordination between departments.
- Prepare and manage basic correspondence, emails, and documentation.
- Ensure professional handling of incoming requests and follow-ups.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
Presentable, professional, and confident in communication.
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
