Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage executive calendars and ensure efficient time and schedule planning.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks to support smooth office operations.
  • Support internal communication and coordination between departments.
  • Prepare and manage basic correspondence, emails, and documentation.
  • Ensure professional handling of incoming requests and follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator.

Strong written and spoken English skills.
