Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policie
- Track and keep stock of office and pantry supplies and ensure availability of these items.
- Ensure all meeting rooms are well maintained, meeting room calendar management.
- Monitor and maintain attendance records for all employees
- Petty cash management
- Parking cards management
- Raising PR s for all office management related activities on the ERP system.
- Logging in reimbursements of employees in the logbook and obtaining necessary approvals from all br>the relevant authorities.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments and handling petty cash
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Submit any adhoc reports/ perform tasks as directed by the line manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in a relevant an Office Administrator.
Experience working with ERP
Outstanding communication, interpersonal abilities and organisational skills.
Must be available to start immediately
