Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the office's daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and communication across departments.
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments, leveraging digital tools to optimize time management for executives and staff.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing budget reports for review.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge and skills.
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role, showcasing the ability to thrive in a dynamic office environment.
