Roles & Responsibilities

Answer and route phone calls promptly, ensuring clear communication.

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional & friendly manner.
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives and team members.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors for procurement and maintenance.
  • Implement and improve office policies, procedures, and systems to optimize workflow.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all administrative activities.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-8 years of proven experience in office management, administration, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate administrative teams.
