Roles & Responsibilities
• Office admin, filing, documentation, scheduling • Handling calls, emails & internal communication • Basic social media posting & updates • Preparing reports, spreadsheets & presentations • Coordination with vendors, clients & internal team
Desired Candidate Profile
• Strong English (written & spoken) – other languages a plus • Good with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook) • Basic knowledge of social media (Instagram / LinkedIn) • Multitasker, fast learner, organized, good follow-up • Honest, committed, hardworking & responsible • Admin / office support experience preferred
