Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support HR functions such as employee documentation, insurance administration, and record management.
  • Contribute to employee relations and assist with HR initiatives, events.
  • Manage correspondence, calendars, meetings, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support in accounting, office and administration.

Years of Experience - 3-5 years

Previous experience with international companies is a plus
