Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Support HR functions such as employee documentation, insurance administration, and record management.
- Contribute to employee relations and assist with HR initiatives, events.
- Manage correspondence, calendars, meetings, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support in accounting, office and administration.
Desired Candidate Profile
Years of Experience - 3-5 years
Previous experience with international companies is a plus
