Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize work & complete tasks on time.
  • Follow-up on urgent / pending matters & resolve issues.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments & organize travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas & follow up on action items from previous meetings.
  • Create, edit, documents, presentations & reports.
  • Manage Social Media activities: Connect with followers, update contents, publish postings & news.
  • Utilize SM tools to boost presence and outreach more audience.
  • Update the CRM / database & maintain professional relations with clients.
  • Prompt reminders & general communication, as directed,
  • Attend to other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Desired Candidate Profile

University Degree in relevant discipline

  • 3+ years of similar experience
  • MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point & SM.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic
  • Multi-tasked, detail oriented, time management & communication skills.
