Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize work & complete tasks on time.
- Follow-up on urgent / pending matters & resolve issues.
- Schedule meetings, appointments & organize travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas & follow up on action items from previous meetings.
- Create, edit, documents, presentations & reports.
- Manage Social Media activities: Connect with followers, update contents, publish postings & news.
- Utilize SM tools to boost presence and outreach more audience.
- Update the CRM / database & maintain professional relations with clients.
- Prompt reminders & general communication, as directed,
- Attend to other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
University Degree in relevant discipline
- 3+ years of similar experience
- MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point & SM.
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Multi-tasked, detail oriented, time management & communication skills.
