Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and procedures.
Supervise administrative and support staff.
Organize meetings, schedules, and office calendars.
Coordinate communication between departments.
Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor relations.
Maintain organized filing and documentation systems.
Support HR in onboarding and administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Prepare reports, memos, and internal communication.
Assist management with operational and administrative tasks
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in office administration or management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage staff and coordinate office functions effectively.
Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
Knowledge of administrative procedures and office equipment.
Experience in HR or operations support is a plus.
