Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Entering, processing, and formatting documents (Word, Excel).
- Organize and classify administrative files
- Ensure the monitoring of files and databases
- Drafting letters and administrative documents
- Assisting the various departments with administrative tasks
- Update the tracking spreadsheets and reports
Desired Candidate Profile
- Baccalaureate level, Bac+2 level in management, office administration or equivalent
- Good mastery of Word and Excel (tables, basic formulas)
- Good ability to act
- Sense of organization and thoroughness
