Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation for efficient office operations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to facilitate easy access to essential documents and records.
  • Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail while managing various databases and spreadsheets.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations, gathering necessary data and formatting it for clarity and professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Previous experience of at least 1-2 years in an administrative role, showcasing familiarity with office environments and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications for efficient task execution.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
