Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring all office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to facilitate quick retrieval of documents.
  • Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Coordinate office supply inventory and procurement, ensuring resources are available for uninterrupted workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications such as an associate degree in office administration are preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office environment, demonstrating familiarity with clerical tasks.
