Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main job title:
- The Office Agent is responsible for managing maritime operational messaging and the administrative follow-up of exchanges related to ship calls. He/she ensures communication between shipowners, port agents, and operational teams.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing daily messaging (emails and operational communications)
- Responding to the requests of shipowners, clients and maritime partners
- Monitor information related to ship port calls
- Transmit information to the operational teams in the field
- Update ship records and data
- Ensuring smooth and rapid communication between the different stakeholders
- Participate in the administrative monitoring of maritime operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bac+2 / Bac+3 in logistics, maritime transport, international trade or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in the maritime industry
- Good mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, email)
- English: good level required (mainly writing, maritime communication)
