Roles & Responsibilities

Main Duties:

  • Manage the CEO s schedule and daily communication
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate tasks and follow up between departments
  • Support daily office operations
  • Welcome visitors and manage inquiries
  • Organize files, emails, and administrative paperwork

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of English
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
