Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and identifying potential delays.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients, to resolve issues proactively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, ensuring a solid technical foundation.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering projects, demonstrating practical knowledge of the industry.
Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are highly desirable, showcasing commitment to ongoing professional development.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, reflecting strong collaborative abilities in diverse environments.
Must be an immediate joiner & in UAE.
