Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and identifying potential delays.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients, to resolve issues proactively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, ensuring a solid technical foundation.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering projects, demonstrating practical knowledge of the industry.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are highly desirable, showcasing commitment to ongoing professional development.

  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, reflecting strong collaborative abilities in diverse environments.

  • Must be an immediate joiner & in UAE.
