Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a top-caliber Office Manager to oversee critical administrative and operational functions within a fast-paced executive environment. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, exceptionally organized, and capable of handling responsibilities that require maturity, confidentiality, and sound judgment. This role requires working closely with senior leadership and managing tasks of strategic and operational importance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-level office operations with exceptional attention to detail.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, correspondence, and priority communications.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with absolute discretion.
- Prepare executive-level reports, briefs, memos, and presentations.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on important action items across departments.
- Manage logistics such as travel arrangements, events, and key engagements.
- Maintain a well-organized, efficient, and presentable office environment.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.
- Serve as the main coordination point for tasks requiring urgency and clarity.
Qualifications
- Western nationality (requirement).
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in office management, executive support, or senior administrative roles.
- Proven experience in supporting senior executives or managing high-responsibility workflows.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and refined presentation.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and decision-making maturity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
