Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provides support for Medical representatives outside & inside the office.

  • Sales Administrators take calls, emails, and requests and follow up with the representatives regarding any urgent issues.
  • Deals with the routine requests from customers such as requests for price quotes offers, donation of delegations letters and delivery dates.
  • Passing any technical queries from medical representatives or outside customers to the appropriate and right departments.
  • Updating the medical representatives on orders and deliveries
  • Helping and supporting the sales teams work more productively.
  • Experience as an Office Manager.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
