Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative Management:

  • Ensure the management of administrative documents and company files.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, write minutes and follow up on actions.
  • Manage team calendars and schedules.

Human Resources Management:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (selection of CVs, organization of interviews).
  • Monitor employee training and evaluations.
  • Manage leave requests and absences.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor the company's budget and that of the different departments.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and customers for administrative matters.

Internal and External Communication:

  • Ensure liaison between the different teams and departments of the company.
  • Manage communications with external partners, customers and suppliers.
  • develop and distribute internal communications.

Office Management:

  • Supervise the maintenance and layout of the premises.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Implement procedures to improve office efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in management, business administration or similar field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative position, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, management software).
  • I speak French and Arabic; English is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
