Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Develop, implement, and refine office policies and procedures to optimize workflow.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement with vendors.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for management and staff.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding office matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and manage office budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration process.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance office productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience supervising administrative staff.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with office budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Willingness to work on-site in an office-based arrangement.
