Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office. The role focuses on managing schedules, facilitating effective communication, preparing executive documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on decisions and initiatives. This position plays a key role in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring operational efficiency and professional.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and coordinate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Solid understanding of executive office operations, scheduling, and meeting management.
  • Results -driven mindset with the ability to ensure progress on CEO priorities within defined timeframes.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to track initiatives, follow-up actions, and deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • University Degree, Bachelor of Economic, Business Administration or commerce
  • 3-5 years of experience in executive assistance, office management, or related roles, with at least 3 years supporting senior executives or C-level leadership
  • Fluency in both spoken & written English language is required.
