Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and standards to optimize workflow.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement with vendors.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
Coordinate with other departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain secure filing systems.
Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting for office operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 5 years of proven experience in business administration, office management, or administrative roles.
Age from 25 to 35 years
Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
A second foreign language is a strong plus.
Preferably completed courses in Time Management and Work Organization.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
