Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily checks on the cleanliness and general organization of the entire office space (including workstations, meeting rooms, kitchen, and common areas) to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Manage the schedule and performance of cleaning personnel or external cleaning services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all facility maintenance issues.
  • Ensure the office adheres to health, safety, and security protocols, including managing access controls and coordinating fire/evacuation drills.
  • Fully responsible for all office purchasing, including stationery, kitchen supplies, printing materials, and general administrative needs.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels for all office supplies, implementing an efficient inventory tracking system.
  • Process invoices, track expenditures related to office operations and assist in managing the office budget for supplies and maintenance.
  • Directly manage and supervise the receptionists, ensuring they provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for all visitors and handle incoming/outgoing communications effectively.
