Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, supplies, and administrative workflows to ensure a smooth, efficient workplace.
- Implement and maintain office policies, support cross-department communication, and manage logistics for meetings, events, and internal processes.
- Manage the CEO s calendar, travel, meetings, correspondence, and confidential documents while ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, preparing briefs, follow-ups, and coordination to support executive decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- Worked at real estate company as office manager
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate administrative staff.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, email, scheduling tools).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
